does the LED turn on when you connect it to the wall charger? if it does, let it charge for an hour or so and then try with SUS

if it doesn't, connect it to the wall charger > press and hold both power button and volume up at the same time, hold them for 5 to 10 seconds (until it vibrates) let it charge for an hour.
