Bluetooth dosen`t turn on

Hi. I have a problem with my SE experia ray. I can`t turn on bluetooth. I taped on the bluetooth enable button in settings menue but there is no effect

android version 2.3.4

repairing not helped

settings was restored, firmware was update, bluetooth still not work. Is it defect? should i go to maintenance centre?
