Bettery Draining so fast even in stamina mode (.205)

Hello, i updated my XSP 201 to 205. after that, bettery draning so fast! even in stamina mode. took 47 min to take down 92% from 100% charge.

last night i update my phone. then at 6 am i was in bed and woke up like 10 am. And saw my phone switch off itself due to zero percent charge issue. it was like 4/5 hours to take down 23% to 0 %. stamina mode was always on, data connection was off. this isn't normal, right? look at the battery drain on picture. any valid reason behind that?

Me to updated to 205 last night my battery was 87% I kept my stamina mode on at 10:30 night.. Woke up at 7:00 this morning.. It was 87% 🙂 then charged my phone to 100% and kept stamina mode on.. Locked phone kept for half an hour... Battery was 97%..why is it so.. Can anyone explain

I have the same problem After update to .205. my sp battery was drain so fast!!! Pls sony developer help me hw to solve this...

Hi dear friends 

as I've said. I have this problem after updated my C5303 to .205 too! I realized that the main reason for battery draining is WiFi! when WiFi is on , the battery start draining so fast! and when it is off battery consumption is normal! 

The true fact about this case is to be a problem with battery consumption! 

Sony team please fix this bug!

As for me, the cause of battery draining is WiFi and 3G network.
But right now I'm testing it by disable both and still get the draining. I wonder what's the 3rd cause.

I alraedy say it and i'll say it again...the battery drain is caused by the Latest Google Play Service v4.4.52 i suggest you to uninstall it because it will consume your battery even in Standby Mode., Google is aware of this issue and is currently making a fix if you don't want to uninstall it i recommend Disable the Location setting and go to Google settings>ads>uncheck the opt out of interest ads...it workd for me..hopes this helps!!!!!

i have done two things to stop bettery drainging

1. disable google service

2. change 3G mode to only GSM mode

and it works, now no bettery drain and no hot issue

Hi Sony developers after updating .205 the sp speed was increased and it's good but the major problem is battery drain.. The battery was draining very fast. Pls pls fix it soon..

As for my case, disabling Google Play didn't help that much. The drain is still there

swtich to only GSM mode to fix it

I always use GSM only. 3G only will just make it heat.
