battery charge via usb

Is there any concern about charging via by connecting to USB port of laptop or pc? For example, if the battery is 80%, then by connecting to pc, it is charged.

There is no problem at all

I mean battery life. Some say charging should be done from below 10% to 100%. By connecting to usb, charges may be from 60% to 80% or 30% to 50%.

No not at all....you can charge anytime and till any %, there is no restriction or whatsoever
