Hi,
Has anyone had success using the AT&T go phone plan with Internet access - with the Ray? Specifically - I purchased a data plan to provide Internet access but can't get it to work. I can only get Internet access via WiFi (in which case the data-plan is not needed).
I found one post that described setting up the APN info for a similar phone - for AT&T - but it didn't work.
And AT&T wouldn't/couldn't provide support for this specific phone.
Hoping someone else has succeeded.

I'm pretty sure the Go Phone SIM you get is tied to the GO Phone, so putting it in another device won't work.

SkippyV here. I couldn't log back in and for some reason I couldn't get the password reset to work. It appears to work but nothing gets sent to my email. Even though responses to my original post succeed in getting to my email. Go figure.
So I made a new gmail account.
Moderator, please check this question as answered by uliwooly (I'm assuming I can't do that logged in as a different user then the OP).
Uliwooly, thanks for the info! It worked. A few of my entries were off from what you posted. I'm now happily using my data plan/Internet with my Go Phone/Xperia Ray.

I'm glad it worked
