arc S homescreen problem? or not?

Hello!

I upgraded my arc S (LT18i) to Android ver 4.0.4 (4.1.B.0.587). Everything works and looks fine but the homescreen theme looks imo kinda design error or what? (I dont mean its not beautiful. IT IS!) Or is this some kind of my "mistake"? Look at the screenshot, i marked this "design error" whith yellow arrows. Is the lower line of the theme on correct place?

My homescreen has tha line in the same positon, and i didnt update to .587

I can confirm that this is apart of the theme on the handset, mine also has this line :smileygrin:.
