Any one have problem with Office suite pro voucher

Hi,

I recently purchased a "Business Experience Pack XP121" which offer a unlimited lifetime of Office suite pro. See this website:

After installing office suite pro from the website specified on Sony site, I tried inserting voucher code provided with pack. But office pro is not accepting my voucher. I want to ask if anyone else also experience this issue? And how they resolved it?
