Android 4.4 for Xperia TX

Will Xperia TX have the update of android 4.4?I really need it because there has so many bugs of android 4.3 in Xperia TX

I am very upset as i didnot get any solution so far even i upgrade my xperia t lt30 p to 4.3 version but still its getting switch off very often, during emergency conversation, while taking photos, while playing games it's ridiculous. even i tried out with customer care then they said they do not have this mobile info in India. where to go what to do so upset please advise.
