How did you update your phone? 

Which build number are you running on? Check under settings > about phone > build number.

6.2.B.0.211 is the build number. I update it from flashtool.

If you have used none official software update tools it sounds like you have flashed a LTE based firmware to your phone. 

LTE will not work in your phone since it's not supported by the hardware.
