Thank you. I'm not sure if it's ok or not, but i installed launcher pro and the problem seems to be fixed.
its totally ok
its official sony software.. well if you have ound a work around , great
I have updated it with the software you said and it worked but after a week, the same problem occured. Now I don't want to update and get everything erased again so I looked for solutions and one said that the screen brightness was too low, and it was so I go ahead and fix it. It also did work but the problem, again, occured. Any other suggestions?

are you facing a similar issue ?
Me on my SE account this time... I hadn't realised the link was for the Android update, thought it may be a specific patch. But thanks for the change anyway.
I am using an Xperia Active, and leaving an app and going back to the homescreen is just a nightmare when the phone has been on for a while. If it does load it, it will take 2 or 3 minutes, more likely I will get a force-close. The same feedback came out of reviews of the mini/active home screen when it was first leaked, but I kind of hoped it would be fixed when it came out on the actual devices
I am using Go Launcher now, which seems to work a little better - I don't like loading my already distressed phone with yet more bloat, but it does actually mean I can use it - I miss my little corner pockets though!
