Accessibility settings

Hi all,

I'm using Nova launcher in conjunction with 'missed it' app, which needs accessibility setting enabled, which I did, my problem is each time I turn off my phone (Xperia s 4.1.2), then back on the accessibility setting for missed it reverts to off, which is really annoying, is this an android thing or an app related issue,? any help appreciated. Thanks
