I mean what would you guys do if your phone is rooted, and something happens and your phone turns into a Brick? There will be no warranty to fix it. How would you do that?

When U use  flashtool, you do not need any root. It is safe and simple, use stock Rom and U will be happy

i have flashed over 100 roms for my android devices (xperia x10,xperia j, xperia sp) i think its not possible to brick your phone (99% sure) just by flashing a stock rom... its really safe.. if something go wrong you can reflash it... your warranty will void only if you unlock your bootloader cause when you do this you loose a partition with some keys and you cant turn them back even if you flash stock rom..
