How to use usb otg in m?

(ofcourse I Have micro usb otg cable)

1.Any drivers needed?

2.Can I connect My Sony Camera & Sony Handycam??

I'm doubtful because camera & handycam have their own power supplies i.e batteries

If it all goes pear-shape and you are not able to connect a given device to the XPERIA M, you may be able to use a powered USB hub to provide the required services.

I have used an XPERIA S with an Sony DK10 Media dock.

Using this method I can connect high power usage devices.

Extending this further as a daisy chain using the likes of a Targus 7 port USB powered hub I can connect 2.5" HDDs and printers

Flash drives and external hard drives should be working, not sure about camera or handycam though.

OTG is for connecting your pen drive or powered external hard disk or mouse . Why on earth would you want to connect your handycam or Camera to your phone beats me. Only thing i can think of is you would be wanting to transfer content from one to the other, but then the content you would want to transfer would be on external storage of the devices. It is better to have a central backup of all your devices on your PC is what I feel.

I think you may be able to connect it but not as OTG function as the Camera or handycam would not be regarded as mass storage devices by your phone and vice versa. Why dont you try it?

BTW Sony should haveprovided an OTG cable, it is difficult to go and buy one seperately as there are different types and all dont work..and it wouldnt cost Sony the earth to provide one i guess...
