Unable to upgrade XPERIA M software with latest firmware

Recently i read an article regarding software update for xperia M and i am trying to update the same but through PCC i am unable to update

Currently i have 15.1.c.2.8 version installed on my phone. When i tried upgrading through PCC it says "you have latest software"

Can you please help me out in upgrading my phone.

Its not a proper answer from a support guy, who gets paid for answering the customer queries!!

We are purchasing the phones from popular vendor like sony, Which stating the fake info in their official websites.

By providing this fake news it may loose the vaulable customers.
