Stuck at sony logo after repair because 5 times stuck on purple wave

Hi,

I need help for my M4 stuck at sony logo and i have tried to repair but in flashmode nothing happen or freeze, it only show the green light all the time when i try to enter the flashmode, same way in flashboot. i can't repair my phone anymore after 5 times repair because my phone always stuck in purple wave. i have tried with flashtool too but nothing happened. I guess this happened because my bluetooth always on and always connect with my smartwatch. I need you guys help me T_T

I have tried to repair with Xperia Companion, but when i enter flashboot mode, the green light is stay, i mean Xperia Companion cannot detect my phone. Btw thanks for your response.

If you have completed all the troubleshooting for a bootloop issue then I recommend that you contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.
