Sony Xperia M4 aqua - problem with apps in google play store

Hi,

I have a problem with some apps in google play store (for example: MSQRD or World chef). I would like to download them but I can´t find them in google store. If I try to download them throw the internet version of google play store I can find them but there is still something like "Your device is not compatibile with this app". I had an old phone HTC desice X and I found an instruction I need to hide my old phone. So I did it, but it still doesn´t work. I really don´t know where is the problem.

Could someone help me please?

There's nothing wrong with your phone, the problem is the app, sometimes developers restrict certain apps for specific phones and/or regions/countries, you have to contact them regarding this.

Thanks. So it seems that the problem is that develepores restrict these apps for my device because my friends (same country, region) don't have this problem. But I still don't understand why it is restricted for my phone. My boyfriend has Sony xperia z3 compact and has no problem. 😕

That's odd, but you should contact them, they should be able to give you a reason.

Sir actually im facing some problem from few days for my phone.my first primary problem is GOOGLE PLAY STORE and GOOGLE PLAY SERVICE is not run in my phone.so thats why i couldnt open my gmail,and you tube and also could not download any app nd games from play store.so please can you suggest me how to solve my problem?
