Rear panel detached

Hi all,
i've got an M5 since the last september, and i've already took it to the support center 3 times. Twice to solve the camera focus problem and once, the last month, because the rear panel started to detach with out any reason.
Now, after a month, i've got the same problem with the rear panel... i'm very disappointed with this phone and the support now. 
Some one else having the same issue?
What can i do, don't really want to sent it back to the repair centre... again.

Your local support team are very well informed on your market and will be able to provide you with much more detailed information on how, for example the consumer laws works in your market/region.
