My Sony Xperia m4 aqua automatically restarts every 10 minutes help

Hi my phone just started to automatically restart every 10 minutes since yesterday please help me find a solution

Hello, I have the same problem, my Xperia M4 Aqua hasn't knocks or falls, Install the Software with Companion but continue with the automatic restarts. If I push the back where it says NFC turn on but, restarts a few minutes later.

I don't know what to do.

Some ideas?

I'm sorry to hear this.

@Ray0523Have you tried to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion as @Zeuzmm suggested? If not I would recommend that you do that. 

I would also recommend that you both try to temporarily remove any SD and SIM card from your devices to see if they may be causing this behavior.

If there is no change @Zeuzmm after doing a software repair and without a SIM or SD card, I'd recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair.

Your local support team can also assist you with questions you may have regarding service routines in your country.

The Sony Xperia M4 does not work, it only shows the screen with the SONY logo.
Do you recycle phones? I mean, to save some of my money. I need to buy i phone tha really works.

Hi @PapaCreativo,

If your device only shows the Sony logo I recommend that you force restart your device. To do so press and hold the volume up and on/off key down simultaneously for at least 10 seconds. Then to start your device as normal.

If you are still experiencing the same behavior I would recommend that you try the troubleshooting suggested in this thread.

I want to save my money, do you have a plan to recycle a useless piece of technology?

I feel so disappointed, i will buy a Samsung J7.
