Hi all,
My Sony Xperia M2 Aqua has recently been giving me trouble when I use my camera.
I get a "Error: Not Available" pop up when I open my camera and then my phone freezes and shuts down.
This happens atleast 10 times a day, then there is the occassional 1 time that my camera actually does seem to work.
My album also doesnt work so I cant even view existing photos.
I have a feeling this is software related because, I started noticing this problem after updating to the new whatsapp version with the photo status updates and after the new facebook update. Then there is the rare occasion when I do not have any issues with my camera.
I have more than enough space on my phone as I clear the cache of all my apps on regular basis and move all my media to my SD card on a weekly basis.
I have the latest andriod system update so I dont understand what it going on.
Please help! I have been trying to get hold of Sony Xperia South Africa's customer care, but have not been successful. And this is enough to make sure I never purchase another Sony device again. I mean, no support?
