The led lights on my M4 does not turn on With no notification, even when connected to the charger does not turn on and the notification light is on. What I can do?

I'm sorry to hear that.

Could you test how your LED notification light works in the service menu? To do so open the phone app then enter *#*#7378423#*#*, then proceed to Service Tests > LED. Does the light cycle through the different colours in this test?

If it does, could you try rebooting your device to safe mode to see if this behavior is caused by one or more of you downloaded apps as these will be temporarily inactive in this mode.

I'm sorry for the late reply. I'm sorry to hear this. Is it the same if you restart your phone to safe mode?

If it is I would recommend that you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Hi, yes re start in safe mode but it usless, even trying an software repair has not effect in the issue.....any other suggest?

If you are still experiencing the same behavior after doing a software repair using Xperia Companion, this behavior is most likely hardware related.

I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for further troubleshooting and repair. You local support can also assist you with questions regarding service routines.
