Hi i have sent my phone back 3 times already and twice for the same reason in the last few months.
My phone just loses signal and wont connect to mobile network
do i just keep sending my phone back for repair? i have tried factory reset, new sim card, software repair and the problem just keeps happening.
In one case they sent me my phone back and it didnt work straight away.
how do i complain and get something sorted?
Im waiting for lg g6 or s8 and im planning on never buying anything sony!! worst mistake ever
I think the solution is to not buy Sony ever again. They really don't care. I sent my phone for repair and they just tried to blag their way out of repairing it under warranty, saying that the fault wasn't covered by the warranty, even though they couldn't actually find the fault. Saying that though, they couldn't find my phone when I asked for photographic evidence, instead they sent me pics of someone elses phone which wasn't even the same colour!
Complete waste of time and money.
