I have a problem with aplication.

I don't know How can I turn off this.

I think than it is "Mywallet" but I'm not sure.

Please, help me and write how can I turn off this.

That is the NFC icon which means your NFC is switched on - If you have a tools widget then open it and you will see that icon highlighted, Simply touch it to turn it off however if you don't have a tools widget then go to Settings and underneath Data usage or Bluetooth you will see More... open this and untick NFC
