Cannot install Entrust Identity Guard

I have tried the recommendations but still cannot install Entrust Identity Guard. Should I reset the phone? It stopped working this morning so I uninstalled it and now it won't let me reinstall.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with this. Are you getting an error message when trying to install the app?

If so could you let me know what error you get

I re-installed the system and then it worked. Now the messenger system isn't working; it just stops ("Mensajería se ha detenido"). Really a bad, bad product this Xperia "smartphone"

Hi @Tlaloque66,

Sorry to hear there is an issue with messaging now 

Can you go to settings > apps > messaging > storage > clear data

Once you have cleared the data can you restart the device and see if you are now able to access the messaging app? Don't worry, this won't delete any messages you have.
