My camera says error the camera is used in another application restart. Help please since I can only use WhatsApp camera. Only front and go backwards, the direct application camera does not respond

Heey I wish the actualization for my Xperia L3...In 2020 i have the android oreo 8.1...not is normal,I wait for your reply because sony no make the same things of others companys...with telefones whith this espezcifications or more poors...have the android 9.0...thanks y and I wait.

Hi @Sonymenbervip,

The lower end models has never received that many updates, such as the E-series and the L-series. The update policy we have only applies to our flagship models.

I can't think of any application that would require a higher Android version than 8.0 though, so you should be plenty fine with Android 8.1 for a while.

Hi Sony when trimming 2  videos to send  fragments the originals got deleted I trimmed the video and saved a copy as always I still have the edited videos but the originals are gone I trimmed them through the original function on the top right of album any help would be greatly appreciated
