Phone will not stay on unless connected to charger and switched on have tried with volume up button and off button it comes on but then goes off again screen black not able to do anything but start all over again any suggestions please

is the phone fully charged?
are you using the original charging cable and wallmount adapter?
can you try to fully charged your device while it is turned off, then try to power it on.
