My device is Sony Xperia L (C2104). I am currently facing a problem in using download from the web feature of Google Play. It allows you to visit play store's website and downloading apps(through PC) to your Google account and when your device connects to Internet it gets a signal from Play Store and app you selected gets automatically downloaded. Its a useful feature when you are browsing on PC and your device is not with you.
I did a bit of a research in Google Play's Support and I found that except Sony Xperia L every old and new device was in their supported devices list. After contacting Google's Customer Care they advised me too contact the manufacturer.
I suggest Sony looks into this matter.

I'm almost certain that this is a Google issue, and most likely google's customer service just checked this list
https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/1727131?hl=en
and told you that the phone doesn't exist or its not compatible, perhaps someone at google forgot to add your phoen.
It doesn't happen at that high level. And its not that I concerned for the name of device to be added for namesake its that i facing issues bcoz its not in compatibility list.
Thats the problem it can download apps through the device play store app but not through web.
that proves that its a Google issue
But thats the problem I can download apps through my phone but cannot use the web download feature. And why on Xperia L wasn't present in the list while all other devices old to new were present.
please see my latest post . Play Store problem and try whats given on your Xperia L.
I still believe its a Google issue
why then only Xperia L experiences it????
don't create new threads on the same topic, one thread its more than enough
I am trying to investigate on the issue and want to see if others face the same too. I created a new one so as to correct the way of presentation.
