Can anyone help please. System works perfectly, however once the unit has been turned onto standby, either by the remote or physically pressing the button, then when turning back on, the HDMI inputs do not output a signal. It will only work agin once I disconect and then reconnect the mains.
Any help appreciated as I need to reduce my electricity bill!!
Hi Spursboy69,
I'm just going to try to find some answers for you. In the meantime, maybe someone else in the community might have some ideas.
Thanks,
Pascale
Hi Spursboy69,
Sounds like it could be software related, I'd try updating the firmware to the latest version found here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/home-theater-blu-ray-home-theater-systems/bdv-n7200w/down...
If the issue remains, you can try resetting the system to factory settings using the steps on page 63 of the manual here: https://www.sony.co.uk/electronics/support/res/manuals/4728/47284320M.pdf
