Dear Friend,

I have a very strong problem with my Vaio PC. I installed Windows 10 one year ago and everything run ok for one year. Last week Microsoft force an installation of some patch, probably one entire service pack  of win10 . From that moment my battery is unrecognized by the PC. If I install the battery the PC report an error (urecognized battery) and switch off the computer without any other chance. I can work only without battery and this is a problem.

I tried to contact the Sony technical support and they suggest to reinstall Windows 8.1, I think they are crazy.

Is there someone that had the same problem in the past ? Any suggestion ?

Ad ogni modo, Community italiana, ti domando in italiano, in Gestione dispositivi riesci ad accedervi con la batteria collegata? Hai delle periferiche che presentano un triangolo giallo?
