Do you mean a voice is reading out the commands you press on your remote?
Or describing the programme happening on the TV?
If the latter, look for a button on your remote called AD (Audio Description) and toggle it off.
If the former, or if you can’t find or can’t work AD, look in the Accessibility setting in your menu, and see what’s turned on that shouldn’t be.
