KE-65XH8196 Stand
Hi.
- I recently bought a new KE-65XH8196 TV to replace my 55" model. The legs provided are slightly too wide for my existing cabinet as they 'splay' out (schoolboy measuring error on my part!). So my question is, can the angle be adjusted so they can be put into a parallel position (which is possible on some models) or do Sony by any chance sell these separately?
- Or do I need to just bite the bullet and buy a third party stand, and if so, any recommendations.
Cheers.

Hi @SatB_81
I have been known to simply buy a "plank" to fit the TV Stand and with a bit of paint or varnish blend it in nicely.

Can you turn the legs 180 degrees, or swap them one for the other, so they splay inwards?
My favourite bedtime reading is a Sony product manual…

Hi,
I don't think they can be adjusted. Sony created an article for TVs that can have there stand adjusted here. So you can try these suggestions see if it works for you.
Cheers
