Hi 

we have above tv using with sky box and a Bose sound bar 300. 

Sound  is fine with everything apart from we have downloaded Amazonprime and we cannot get any sound.  We have Netflix and Disney Plus which are fine but they are through sky.  We have to come out of sky and use the amazon app.

any ideas as to how we get sound through the sound bar for amazon.

HDMI ARC FROM BOSE GOES TO ARC ON TV

HDMI BOSE 2nd slot goes to sky box HDMI  

Disney plus works and Netflix works.  Sony told me that Amazon prime does not work due to software problem which is not correct as it works on TV speakers if you switch sound bar off.
