I've tried the previous tips - soft and factory reset, network not broadcast time, latest firmware version, reset router etc. Seems like most people fixed issue but those with Sky/Now broadband/router haven't. This is one you might not have tried, menu changed a bit but found in apps.
I am just going to turn wifi off when watching sky and turn on for netflix etc. Seems odd to watch a streaming service and tv says it can't connect to wifi......
Wish I hadn't switched from Plusnet....
Update Android TV Core Services application from the Google Play Store
- Press the [HOME] button on the remote control
- Select the [Apps] menu
- Select the [Get More App] icon
- Sign into your Google account
- Select the [My App] menu in the Google Play Store
- Select the [Android TV Core Services] application
- Select [Update]

I’ve been with Sky for years and very happy with the service I’m getting but this annoying pop-up has only been regularly errrr popping-up, relatively recently

Hey PaulinBont, have you tried the update for Bravia Core? Also, what's the software version?
