Z5 won't connect to the internet while using bt sim

My z5 won't connect to the internet while using bt sim please help all setting correct

Welcome to the community! 

Just to clarify, your mobile data is not working is that correct? If so have you tried the below settings:

Settings > More > Internet Settings > Accept

Once you have done the above restart the device and see if your mobile data will now load.
