I am so sorry to hear about your phone. 
Since this is hardware defect, I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team so they can arrange a repair for you.
If you have any questions about service routines, service time and so forth your local support will gladly assist you with these. I'm afraid I won't be able to answer market specific questions outside the region (Nordic) which I'm located in.
