Z5 Premium power button not working

Z5 premium wont boot up and the I'm not getting any indication that the power button is responding. no vibrations while holing power + volume.

Hi @twonko,

I'm sorry to hear this.

For how long did you press the volume up and on/off key for? I recommend that you do it for 120 seconds, ignore any vibration during this time then start your device as normal again.

I would also recommend that you temporarily remove any SIM or SD card from your device to see if they may be the cause of this behavior. If there still is no change try charging the device for at least 30 minutes or until a charging symbol appears on the screen.

i have the same problem here, it worked when i was cooking, put it in my pocket and like 1 min later it did not work anymore xD.

when i charge it i get the sony screen, and it pop up how manny % battry i got. but the bottom does nothing

I worse problem with my Z5. Power button & volume rocker are both not working. My worst nightmare happened this morning. Battery went dead. It charged alright but I can't turn on the phone. Now I'm thinking of replacing it.
