z5 premium dual back up and internet problem

Hi all, I have problem on back up, once I am using the button on back up, always stuck on 50%. Also the sim slot 1 whatever the signal is full bar, the internet signal not stable to show up, it means H+ or LTE is show up by itself. I only use internet card without phone on slot 1 and 2/3G phone card without internet on slot 2. Computer companion cannot solve the problem and also have error code for back up too. Does anybody have idea to fix?

Welcome to the community. I am sorry to hear about this.

Do you happen to know at what point the back up fails? Often it is the media that is causing the problem. Try backing up everything but media and see if it still fails.

Once we have sorted the back up we will look at the internet issues.

Thanks for your help! I am not sure what kind of things fail but will try your advise. Mostly are stuck on 50% for everything, even phone or computer back up. Could you please advise what kind of things will let sim deactive the internet, it means the sim bar is full but show up the H+ or LTE by itself. When the internet not work for over an hour or more, I need to take factory reset and will go to normal for few days or more, after that will go back to deactive. Any idea?

So it shows you have mobile data connection but it will not transfer any data? Does it come back if you just restart the phone instead of factory reset? What if you go to Settings > More > Internet settings, and re-download the internet settings?

My z5 has also some connectivity issues after today's nougat update for turkey. My mobile carrier is vodafone tr. I can not use 3g since the update. Only edge or lte is available

LTE is faster than 3G so ideally you should be using that. You can also try the steps above to re-download the internet settings.

>>>>> Sometimes is work but sometimes is not work, depends of the mobile, when it will give me back the LTE signal. The shorter time from 6mins to 1 hour, the longer time is over 24 hours. After 24 hours no signal, I need to take factory reset.
