My Z5 Premium is plugged in to charge but it is losing charge not increasing
Checked battery usage - is only; screen, android system, idle and Android OS
Tried restart and power and volume up - no change
Tried different charger cords and via computer too - still decreasing
In recent months has been freezing on screen or going crazy on scrolls
Removed fingerprint security helped for a little while with less crazy screen stuff but now power loss is increasing rapidly e.g. 1% every few minutes or so even with nothing running.
I dont play games and have hardly any apps and just 150 photos
Cant remember when I got it to see if still in warranty
