Z5 microphone doesnt work on speakerphone

Hi, my microphone doesn't work when on speakerphone but works fine everywhere else. I have tried starting in safe mode with no change. Warranty runs out today 😞

What are your current Microphone permissions set as?

Settings » Apps » Settings cog (top right) » App permissions » Microphone » Ellipsis (top right) » Show system

Toggle them all off, and then restart the phone, and try making a call with Loud speaker

make sure you haven't muted the microphone during the call

If it was accidentally muted the first time you used loud speaker, it will still be set to muted as default

do you have whatsapp or Viber? or something similar to test microphone on loud speaker for calls?

It doesn't work on handsfree with wassap either.

Do you have any security apps? 

Can you take a screenshot of your current Microphone permissions?

I do have mcafee but I have not installed anything new,  the only thing that has changed is a software update

is there a way for you to test with mcafee disabled?
