Z5 microphone and speaker problem

Hi to all,
I also have the same problem with Xperia Z5 Dual after getting it repaired from Sony authorized service center for 13500 INR as my screen got damaged.
I got the phone from service center.
Reset the phone

Problems:
1. I am not able to hear anything from the bottom speaker (this is the only speaker used in loudspeaker mode) on calls and even music and sound from other app while the top speaker works normal except for calls.
Sound from the bottom speaker is too low as compared with top speaker.

2. When I call from this phone other person cannot hear me until I shout in the mouth piece but he can clearly listen to sound from the finger movements near the mic at bottom. When I put it on speaker other person can hear me loud and clear(as on the loudspeaker mode secondary microphone works which is at the top) but I can't hear him due the first issue.

3. When I touch the display on the phone there is one point which reacts to the pressure and the fluid in the display stats showing up. According to my understanding that's because of unbalanced fitting of the display by the technician.

What I tested till now.
1. Reset the phone 5 times
2. Started the phone in safe mode 20 times
3. Downgraded the phone using Flash tool once same issue than upgraded the phone using PCC
4. Tested the microphone primary and secondary using service menu: no problem found
5. Tested speaker left and right using service menu: problem with bottom speaker.

What it seems to me:
1. Manufacturing defect on the display assembly for microphone and bottom speaker.
2. Repairing defect by the technician in fixing the display assembly.
3. Software issue with auto balancing the speaker volume for top and bottom(noise cancellation is too strong)

My scenario:
Service center denied to fix saying that the phone is absolutely fine and doesn't have any issue.
I escalated this to senior authorities and now waiting for them to react and fix.
Finger crossed.

If any one have any solution, please post.

I understand that and I am in touch with them and I posted this so that other user can be aware of the same issue.

Today I got the message saying that you can collect your phone but when I went and checked the phone it have the same issues.
I deniedbto accept the phone than I asked for the manager there and he said that your phone has already sent twice for repairing but they didn't find any problem but when he tried to check he himself having the same issue.
He told me that he will try to replace the phone or refund the amount if Sony reply to there query.

I had already spent INR 65000 for this phone which includes INR 13500 for repair.

I DONT understand what actually Sony wants to do with my phone. Its being a month I am not using phone.

I have exactly the same problem. I sent to repair the phone two weeks ago but the problem has not been solved. I'm expecting to have to upgrade .305 to check if it's a software problem

Software problem for sure!

The best thing for Sony is to fix it soon otherwise they destroy the brand name!

Except if they want everybody to buy Xiaomi.... 

And yes it's an know issue!!! If u Google it several people reported the same problem so don't close your eyes it's better to find and give us the solution! !!
