Z5 dual problem after 7.1

Hey guys, I'm using z5 dual and it works fine in marshmallow. Although in marshmallow the heat is so amazing 😐. But since it update it to nougat, it perfect work. Until I have some problems.

For the first, when I call or take a call, sometimes without I touch the phone, the phone itslef turn on the loudspeaker. It happen when I call using app or usual call.

Secondly, sometime it doesn't want to vibrate. I check it in diagnostic and sometimes it works and sometime's not. Is this hardware problem? Because whenever I tapping or write something long like what I did now, the vibrate on the phone suddenly off. And after that it will be turn on again.

Hi @Daruma69,

When you said "the phone itslef turn on the loudspeaker. It happen when I call using app or usual call." are you saying that the phone autotaclly put the call in the loud speaker?

But since you already tried to run Diagnose, i recommend you to boot the phone into safe mode. It can be a good idea to check if any third party applications might be involved in the problem you’re having.

If you run your phone in safe mode for a while and you don’t experience any problem, the problem you’re having is most likely related to a third party app that you’ve installed.

How to boot into safe mode differ from models to model and it can also be different depending on firmware version but this topic will explain to you how to do it.

NOTE!
Booting into safe mode may change personal UI customizations such as icons, folders and widgets.

When you restart to normal mode again, some 3:rd party apps that has a sign in may require that you sign in again.

Later Xperia phones running on Android Jelly Bean (Android 4.1 or later)

Press and hold the on/off key until you get this screen.

Now tap and hold the Power off option until you see this screen.

Press OK to reboot into safe mode.
If you have successfully booted into safe mode you will see the text Safe mode in the bottom left corner.

You can also boot into safe mode by turning off the phone and wait a few seconds. Now press and hold both the on/off and volume down (-) key. Keep pressing these two keys until the phone has booted completely.

To exit safe mode you simply power off and power on as normal.

If that doesn´t fix the problem, try to performan a Software Repair using Xperia Companion.
