Hello everybody!
I have a black Z5compact with android 7.1.1, build 32.4.A.1.54 and recently, out of nowhere, when I recieve/make calls, durring the call my phone activates the second loud speaker (the lower one on the bottom of the screen) randomly. I am not touching the display with my face or fingers or anything, the screen is black because of the proximity sensor working. Weird thing is, only the lower speaker is activated, the upper one is muted. Also when I look at the screen, the "loud speaker" button durring the call isn't activated.
To resolve this problem I simply take my phone away from my ear and when the screen is activated again I press the "loud speaker button" durring the call, it activates my upper speaker so both speakers are working now and the "loud speaker" button is activated, then press it again to turn it off and everything works fine.
I hope you guys can help me find a solution because it's annoying for your speaker to randomly activate durring call.
Also, the echo problem occures randomly from time to time, a few times a month, when the other person hears it's self in echo durring the call. Has anyone find a solution to this problem also?
