z5 compact sd card keeps unmounting

Hi there ! My sd card keeps unmounting on my z5 compact.  I tried 2 sd cards,  the results are the same. It works for a time when i restart the phone,  then it unmounts with a corrupted sd card message. Could it be a problem with the phone itself ?
