Z5 7.1.1 OTG not working even with Detect USB device on settings

Hello everybody.I tried connecting a usb flash drive with an otg cable on my sony xperia Z5 but my phone won't recognize it.I tried 'Detect USB device' in settings but it still not recognizing it.I even tried turning off my phone using the volume up botton and power botton at the same time with my usb flash drive connected to phone but it didnt recognize it.I tried connecting the flash drive in an other device and it worked

Hello. I too have the same problem on my Xperia Z5. My usb drive and headphone amp are no longer detected by the phone when I use the detect usb device option. I think something happened in the last update which I received on the 18th Feb. It was working fine before this.
