Z1 Down by water

Hello

I have a Sony Xperia z1 of my brother, It was working normally but suddenly it went down in water, it kept working for 1 or 2 minutes then it shutted down. 

I used a dryer and tried to remove the water as much as I can but sadly it's still not.

Did a strength open by opening key and volume, it vibred but still off.

Putted it in charge so the notification is turning on and off (red color)

I need a help as soon as possible to save the phone

I'm sorry to tell you this but using a hair dryer or trying to charge the phone after it experience a water related issue just made it worst

Try this, remove the SD and SIM cards do NOT turn it on nor charge it > place it in a bag with rice for 24-48hrs > then try to charge it and turn it on
