Yellow spot on the display

Welcome to the community!

I'm sorry to hear this. I recommend that you do a display test on your device to see if they yellow spot is noticeable there. You can do this test if you go to: Settings > About phone > Diagnostics > Test > Display. Do you see any odd coloured pixels in this test?

If you do this is most likely related to your devices hardware and I would recommend that you get in contact with your Local support team for assistance with having your device sent in to an authorized service center for repair.

Hello Emil

I have made a test you have recommended and with black screen is no problem, but with white screen I have quite big spladge on upper left corner of the screen which is quite disturbing. I am quite unhappy because I did not have any "accident" with the phone, I have the protection glass on the screen and I am really carefull about it. The phone is in warranty to March 2018 and the price was quite high. Can you tell me what is standard - are such deffects evaluated like warranty case?

What about my data security - can I leave my data on it? (of course I will make backup)

Can I give the device to the repair to the same store where I have bought it? (Electroworld Czech Republic)
