Xperiz ZL forgot pattern

So i have this problem for almost 1 week ive been searching for the solution and they say that i need to go to the recovery mode but none of them work even the guest account or user is deleted also it means i cant download anything and the forgot password and gmail account is not in there....any solution?

Hi @Catalogdog, sorry to hear about this.

If you are unable to unlock the screen lock on your device, you will need to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

Do note that this will delete all data stored on the device and since you can't unlock it, you will not be able to create a backup.
