My xperia z1 has been back to be repaired twice and twice same problem has occurred just got phone back today and cannot turn phone on after trying to transfer phone contacts.

is there anyone else experienced this problem

If you have gone through the usual troubleshooting to try and turn your device on again, I'm afraid that there is not much else I can suggest, except for contacting your Local support team again so they can arrange a new repair for you.

I hope that everything will work out in the end and I'm sorry for any inconveniences.
