Xperia z5 secondary mic

Hello everyone

For the last couple of weeks, my secondary microphone has stopped working on my Xperia Z5. This means, that whenever I use the loudspeaker on a call I can't be heard. My primary microphone still works perfectly. Is there anything I can do, and if not which part of the phone needs to be replaced - and where to buy?

it know my call recorder stop working after update

but regular sony one works fine in stereo
