Xperia z5 premium screen record problems

When i am using the default screen record app bu holding the power button and selecting record screen. 

After i have recorded the screen when i play the screen recorded video the complete video displays in 1 quarter of the screen while the other 3 quarters are black,

The settings i am using are FULL HD and i tried both landscape and potrait modes still the issue is the same.

I also tried other 3rd party screen record apps but the issue is the same.

Does anyone of you have the same issue with the Xperia Z5 premium where the screen record when played only plays in 1 quarter and the other 3 quraters are black

did you try it when you are in safe mode?

Yes I tried in safe mode but same issues

It's quite simple

Long press the power button > recrod screen > settings > Orientation > portrait or landscape, this last part it's the key, if you select the wrong orientation it will have that black frame around it. 

Note: since the homescreen can't rotate, you will have to use portrait mode.

This actually fixed it, I was having the same problem, thanks a lot bro
