Xperia Z5 (E6653) middle screen problem

Hi,

My screen sometimes doesn't work half of down. When I restarting it works fine but returns to do the same thing at least twice a day. I need my phone fine.

If a restart is fixing it, then it might be one of your apps acting up. Start troubleshooting by restarting your phone into safe mode, this will disable all installed 3rd party apps. If the problem is resolved then one of your installed apps is causing this issue and you have to figure out which one. Start by uninstalling those apps you installed recently.

Alternatively, you can perform a software repair using Xperia Companion. This will do a clean installation of the latest firmware and will also wipe your internal memory. Don't forget to backup using Xperia Companion, but preferably without adding apps or settings to the backup.

I did a test into safe mode and it works normal, now I'm using it in normal mode and I see the diference because the battery is drain so fast. @Quester ¿How Can I know what is the apps is causing this issue on the screen?

Hi,

I did all... Safe Mode, deleting all apps and it look all right but, yesterday using whatsapp it happened again, today playing Clash Royale it happened too.

I must chance the software version?  I don't know to do. This is exasperating.

Please, help me.
